I have written opensource application that uses 32feet.Net Do I need to distribute source code of 32feet.Net with it?

If you build the 32feet code into your project you need to distribute the source (with original headers and comments) and the license. If you instead distribute the unmodified InTheHand.Net.Personal.dll you only need to include the license.txt with your distribution.
