I want to transfer text file for one device to another in c#.net, how is it possible to transfer text file using this library?

Depending on the receiving device you can send it via an ObexWebRequest - the receiving device may be limited to only vCard/vCal etc files. Take a look at the ObexPush sample application included with the library for example code.

I have MDA pro and i have external bluetooth modem "Targus". Firstly, I established a connection between two devices, now i want to transfer a text file from PDA to my laptop. But, I dont know, how to transfer it?
