    Messages Order

    Peter ~

Reviewing the new 3.3 version, I am still getting a message out of order problem.  Any message moved using the DLL is placed out of order.  It is placed at the second position instead of the 1st.  The first message is actually supposed to be the last message in the folder.  Before you had mentioned it was an Index Update problem.  Is there a work around or will this be updated in a Service pack release?  Thanks in advance.

This is not specific to the library as the same behaviour can be observed if you move messages through the Messaging application. I'm looking to see if there is a way to workaround this so that the messages are sorted correctly when retrieved through the dll.

    Re: Messages Order

My work around in my program is that i simply offset my counter by one.  Instead of starting at 0 i start at 1.  I then take the first message and put it at the end.  It works most of the time but everyone once and awhile the messages are still out of order.  My program shows them as correct but when you use the device mail browser its out of order.  Minor inconvenience, I will just continue with the way i'm using it.  Thanks for the update.
